Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization As a Sr Collections Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing the collections function. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and collect outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and optimizing cash flow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial performance of the organization. You will report directly to our Collections Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Analyzing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment - Developing and implementing collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures - Monitoring and analyzing collection performance, providing regular reports to senior management - Resolving escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections - Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the collections process KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Analyze and collect outstanding accounts receivable • Develop and implement collection strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop collection policies and procedures • Monitor and analyze collection performance • Resolve escalated customer issues and disputes • Identify process improvement opportunities ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AT) products and services are found on virtually every commercial, defense, and space aircraft in the world. YOU MUST HAVE • 3 + years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements • Experience in using collection software and tools• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Additional Information
