As a Sr Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our Aerospace business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.

You will report directly to our Contracts Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the Aerospace business by effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks to protect the company's interests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations

• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts

• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other third parties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation

• Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing/negotiating contracts

• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
