Overview
The Center for Inclusive Growth is the social impact hub at Mastercard. The organization seeks to ensure that the benefits of an expanding economy accrue to all segments of society. Through actionable research, impact data science, programmatic grants, stakeholder engagement and global partnerships, the Center advances equitable and sustainable economic growth and financial inclusion around the world. The Center's work is at the heart of Mastercard's objective to be a force for good in the world.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Global Programs, the Senior Vice President, Social Impact, Americas (SVP) will lead in creating, shaping and implementing the Center's strategy, thought leadership, partnerships and grant-making across the US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition to overseeing the Center's Americas team, the SVP will also be responsible for day-to-day strategy development, management and execution of the regional portfolio in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing the Center's strategy in the Americas inclusive of the US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Overseeing a diverse team to advance economic growth and financial inclusion.
• Collaborating with various teams to implement global programs and initiatives.
• Building partnerships with NGOs, policymakers and community organizations.
• Aligning social impact strategy with business objectives and proactively engaging with Mastercard stakeholders from clients to governments
• Actively leading social impact efforts in the US and Canada, including flagship programs like Strive US.
• Managing a team responsible for social impact in Latin America including flagship programs like Strive Mexico and Strive Colombia
• Engaging with stakeholders to drive financial inclusion and MSME enablement.
• Representing the Center as a thought leader and spokesperson.
• Managing the budget and financial planning for social impact initiatives.
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of programs to ensure they meet strategic goals.
• Reporting on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
• Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for funding and partnerships.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

All About You:
• Extensive experience in program development, philanthropy and grant-making.
• Proven partnership development and execution skills.
• Understanding of financial inclusion and electronic payments.
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
• Advanced degree in a related field and previous experience in financial services preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
