In this role, the successful candidate will oversee a sales team of 6-7 Acquisition Oriented Account Executives across the Central Region for Enterprise Accounts. The role includes all aspects of sales leadership working with direct AE's, sales operations, marketing, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team to penetrate greenfield accounts, leveraging targeted prospecting and engagement strategies to drive new business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive greenfield strategies in collaboration with Marketing, BDRs, and partners to accelerate account acquisition.
  • Mentor the team on solution-based selling techniques, fostering relationship-building with prospective clients and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Apply MEDDPICC frameworks for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic deal qualification.
  • Align account strategies with organizational goals across diverse customer segments, including varying industries, geographies, and company sizes.
  • Support the team in selling advanced technical solutions to greenfield accounts, providing overlay sales expertise for complex engagements.
  • Foster skill development within the team to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions, driving long-term client satisfaction and organizational growth.

  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure the team effectively targets greenfield opportunities and secures new logos.
  • Drive new business development by equipping team members with the skills and strategies needed to excel in competitive markets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with broader organizational goals, ensuring strategic consistency.
  • Oversee sub-teams, ensuring functional and geographic-specific business objectives are achieved while maintaining high performance.
Examples of Expertise
  • 4+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead teams in achieving greenfield account acquisition and net-new logo success.
  • Expertise in coaching greenfield sales motions, focusing on high-value enterprise segments.
  • Demonstrated skills in business modeling, value consulting and conducting due diligence for new account opportunities.
  • Extensive experience in leading enterprise sales teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and exceeding organizational targets through innovative acquisition strategies.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$148,200.00 - $275,200.00
