Location: Las Vegas Trails Neighborhood Health Center Department: NHC Dietician Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Nutrition Program Coordinator at the Neighborhood Health Center provides patient-centered nutrition support through healthy cooking demonstrations, hands-on guidance, and individualized nutrition assessments. Using a demonstration kitchen, this role prepares and delivers engaging nutrition programming to empower patients, families, and community members, promote nutritional knowledge, and foster healthy eating habits supporting disease management. The Nutrition Program Coordinator provides weekly clinical outpatient medical nutrition therapy, assisting patients with personalized dietary plans that align with their health needs. Works in close collaboration with primary care providers to deliver nutrition intervention and education following the Nutrition Care Process model. The Nutrition Program Coordinator networks with community partners and vendors who desire to use the demonstration kitchen for outreach purposes. Education and Experience:
