Introduction to the Role: Are you ready to lead and encourage a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients with rare diseases? As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for improving revenue by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the NF1 PN Rare Disease Specialist field force in your regional area. This person will be responsible for the implementation of Alexion's sales and marketing programs, maintain effective communication with key partners, and report to the Executive Director, Head of Sales U.S. NF1 PN. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 176,864.80 - $ 265,297.20 USD. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
