The Medical Head, Breast Cancer is a member of the US Breast Cancer Franchise and leads a team of medical professionals. The medical head is knowledgeable about the actions of regulatory bodies, particularly the FDA, and has experience in clinical trial design and conduct. You should have significant experience in oncology and thrive on proactively engaging internal and external leaders, and have a network of Oncology KOLs. As a member of the Global Medical Team (GMT), you will represent the US on the GMT for life cycle management and other externally sponsored research. You will provide strategic direction, drive prioritizations, ensure tactical execution follows standards, and guide the team so they can deliver promptly and with high quality. You will support your team members' professional development; oversee the team's budget and partner with their counterparts in the cross-functional and Global teams. Accountabilities

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $245,281 to $367,921 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
