As a Sr Program Administrator here at Honeywell, you will support the Regional Sales Reps with the process, coordination and tracking of projects and their administrative requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing Job Cost Analysis (JCA) based on system requirements and entering orders into the system for processing and communicate any custom requirements for the project.

You will prepare switch matrix and delivery schedules based on project design and delivery requirements. In this position, you will review design drawings based on project definition and monitor projects through the processing system to ensure delivery schedules are being met.

You will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to program managers and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to program activities
  • Interface with other company and customer representatives to coordinate and deliver a complete quality product
  • Manage critical timelines and schedules while working to improve lead times
  • Report status to Sales Reps on a regular basis and notify them of any situations that may affect the timely delivery of their orders.
The annual base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $70,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in administration for a production-based company
  • 1+ years of experience directly interfacing with customers
  • 1+ years of experience with SAP and SharePoint for Product Ordering and Tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
