You would be responsible for the supervision of the cash application team where you would ensure all payments and all cash is posted and distributed accurately and within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements. You would be responsible to manage, coach, and mentor individuals that perform more complex work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive collections performance across assigned collections team and coordinate with business on key items where support is needed to drive collections
  • Drive forecasts
  • Forecast and manage AFDA reductions throughout the quarter
  • Operational Business knowledge to engage with Business, Finance , ISC, CX leaders
  • Influencing to achieve the results
  • Convey information with clarity and directness
  • Productivity, Working Capital
  • Performance analysis
  • Drive Calls with the CBT and Leadership.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years experience
  • Portfolio of a Sales Channel
  • Manage 10 FTE's
  • English proficient
