Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of quality assurance lead. The primary responsibilities of the Lead R&O Maintenance Technician will include the general oversight of the quality control organization performance. As a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the organization's repair and overhaul maintenance operations within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will ensure seamless execution and compliance with industry standards and regulations. With your strategic mindset, you will develop and implement comprehensive repair and overhaul strategies, policies, and procedures, optimizing budget and resources. Your role will involve fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance to the maintenance team, and continuously monitoring performance metrics for process enhancement. Your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, coupled with exemplary communication and guide skills, will be crucial as you drive the team towards excellence, safety, and quality. You will work out of our Geismar, Louisiana location. In this role, you will impact the organization's overall productivity, safety, and quality standards, with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development, positioning the company at the forefront of innovation within the dynamic field of repair and overhaul maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
