Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will align IT project strategies with business objectives. With your guidance, we'll navigate the complexities of project management, delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. You will report directly to our Director IT and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will guide a team, shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. Your guidance will empower your team to excel, fostering their professional growth and development. By overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
