Vice President, Business Development Transactions Core Focus: The Vice President of Business Development Transactions will oversee financial analysis, deal design, transaction structure, and deal valuation for the company's business development initiatives. This role focuses on supporting acquisitions, partnerships, and investments with financial expertise, working closely with the finance and business development teams to ensure every deal aligns with the company's financial objectives and maximizes shareholder value. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in biotechnology and a strong background in corporate finance, strategic analysis and deal making within the life sciences sector. In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 276,000 to $ 414,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. |
