Summary This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mission Support Division. The ideal candidate would demonstrate that they have knowledges skills and experience in Human Resources. The incumbent will serve as an administrative specialist with responsibility for region-wide coordination of the implementation of workforce programs and standards in preparation for readiness to respond to disasters or national emergency situations. Stafford Act\u003C/a\u003E and are excluded from the provisions of title 5, United States Code, governing jobs in the competitive service. They can be hired under a streamlined process instead of a competitive process.
