Job Details

- Responsibilities - Act as the tier two contact to troubleshoot UKG system errors and issues, triage, diagnose, and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc. assigned by Tier 1 support, the HRIS Analyst. - Partnering with the Senior Benefits Administrator, resolve any benefits carrier EDI file issues in a timely manner, update configuration, assist with reporting, and Open Enrollment related tasks. - Gather functional requirements for new system enhancements, working with business owners to ensure that their requirements are outlined, work with vendors on implementing, testing solution. Implement changes in production environment. - Review and audit HR data for accuracy. Make recommendations to HR/Payroll teams on corrections as needed. Implement new audits and process improvements. - Create new reports, including complex queries, adjust existing reports as needed, based on requests. Generate reports on a schedule such as turnover and other reports. - Partnering with HRIS Manager, reviews UKG system releases to analyze the impact to current system configuration, make recommendations on new functionality as needed. Update and test system configuration to accommodate Esler business requirements. - Train end users on system functionality and create written documentation for distribution and knowledge sharing. - Lead small to medium sized HRIS projects with little or no direction from manager; participate as HRIS team member in large-scale projects. - Act as backup for HRIS Analyst. Skills - 3+ years of related HRIS experience managing and working with enterprise level solutions required. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. - Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, namely UKG (UltiPro) and iCIMS ATS preferred. Experience with large-scale HRIS applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft can act as a substitute for preferred applications. - Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel. - Testing and Reporting experience preferred. - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines. - Ability to manage small to medium sized projects simultaneously with production support, working under pressure to meet deadlines. - Highly analytical with the ability to process large quantities of data. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
