Designs, develops, and implements RT systems and applications to meet business needs. Develops and maintains system documentation, including user manuals, guidelines, and specifications. Monitors and troubleshoots systems to ensure that they are running efficiently and without error. Performs system tests to validate system performance and functionality. Collaborates with IT teams to ensure that systems are integrated with other enterprise systems and that data is flowing seamlessly between systems.
