Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Faculty Group Practice Ultrasound Tech - Maternal Fetal Medicine at our Ambulatory Care Center in Bay Ridge. Responsible for performing diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques to locate evaluate and record pertinent anatomical pathological and functional data. Operates ultrasound equipment to make quality images #59; performs studies in required modalities. Provides training guidance to Ultrasound Technology students. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Certificate from an approved ultrasound/vascular technology education program. Registered or registry eligible to take the Registry exam ARDMS within 1 year of hire date. Five years of ultrasound experience. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Registered as an American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Registered Vascular Technologist Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York State Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $103,625.08 - $114,225.07 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital needs.
