The salary range for this role, based in Illinois is $124,740.00 to $155,925.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:Join Pernod Ricard as a Senior Field Marketing Manager and lead the charge in executing dynamic marketing strategies to elevate our brand portfolio within our Mercury Division. This role will oversee a team driving national and regional programs, collaborate with commercial teams, and develop region-specific plans that align with our national goals. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketer with strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.

  • Lead the execution of marketing strategies at the divisional level.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and commercial teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
  • Oversee divisional marketing budgets and track ROI.
  • Develop and manage region-specific marketing plans.
  • Mentor and guide a team of field marketing specialists.
  • Drive consumer and trade engagement through activations, events, and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment across teams.

Required qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in field marketing.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
