Senior Financial Analyst, CVRM

Description

As the Senior Financial Analyst for CVRM, you will support therapeutic area Sales, Marketing and Medical teams by providing financial guidance and insights. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the in the US CVRM TA and contribute to the delivery of financial targets.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide financial analysis and expense management (to include ad hoc requests), as well as, monitor and provide course adjustments for TA / brand financial goals and objectives.
  • Support the month end close process by working directly with the brand and selling teams on expense tracking and management to achieve financial targets .
  • Provide monthly report and commentary on directly managed TA expense s .
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations to senior management for TA portfolio content during financial forecast cycles and monthly results presentation to the CVRM LT .
  • Support preparation, coordination, review and submission of financial forecasts.
  • Ensure a high degree o f financial budget ownership across the commercial team s and provide training on the financial process as needed .
  • Owns develop ment of the financial planning calendar for US CVRM ensuring tight alignment with both the Global and US planning calendars.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required . Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred .
  • 3+ years of financial experience required


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Finance or Accounting experience
  • Experience working in a global organization, preferably within the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team and liaising with senior leaders
  • Good understanding of functional cost drivers
