Description

As a Sr IT Analyst - SAP Projects Systems here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of SAP Projects Systems module. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP PS solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Your expertise in SAP Projects Systems will contribute to the successful execution of projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of one Honeywell's locations in Phoenix, AZ (preferred), Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our project management processes by leveraging your SAP Projects Systems knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

•Overall, 5+ years plus of SAP experience in international corporations or similar industries to Honeywell of which about 3 - 5 years or more in managing customer facing revenue generating project scenarios using Project System in integration with FICO, SD, MM, MFG, HCM etc.

WE VALUE

•Experience in development and testing of interfaces to integrate third-party applications with SAP PS, e.g., interfaces to Accolade, Team Center, Concur, PeopleSoft, external Project management tools like Cora PPM /Planview /Ecosys, external estimating (CPQ) tools like SAP Callidus, etc.
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, or Software Engineering
•Experience in Earn Value Management using Dassian, GPD (Global Pegging & Distribution) is an added advantage.
•Having experience in Aerospace Industry and working with ITAR related data is beneficial.
•SAP R/3 PS, S/4 HANA EPPM business process configuration knowledge acquired through training/certification by SAP's Partner Academy or equivalent agency. Knowledge of SAP Fiori will be an added advantage as also the knowledge of country-specific SAP versions.
•Apply rigorous waterfall and agile project management approach on assignments

•Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer focus
