KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing a collection of Projects led by Project Engineers and Principal Investigators Motivating and supporting the team to drive positive culture and leading by example Collaborating with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems Accountable for contract deliverables and performance Adapting working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change Reporting project progress to the Senior Leadership Interfacing with Shared Services on relevant project issues Mitigating risks identified by Projects Leading or supporting proposal management and Project baseline control Working with the Program Management Office, Project Team Leads and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years' experience in project management U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
