As a Lead Executive Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information will contribute to the smooth operation of our corporate functions. You will report directly to our SR VP & General Counsel and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the efficient management of executive calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks. Your support will enable our executives to focus on strategic initiatives and drive the success of our organization. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute to a team of highly committed professionals who's organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.
