Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges NPI Product Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Product Manager to join our team in Plymouth, MN or Minneapolis, MN. As an NPI Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the introduction of new hardware, data, and software offerings in atmospheric sensing for defense and commercial applications. You will play a crucial role in managing the successful introduction of new products into the market. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive product development initiatives, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. For Salaried w/Incentive Plan (MIP, SIP, etc): This position is incentive plan eligible.
