Summary
Order To Cash (OTC) Integration leader will lead efforts to improve and maintain an efficient and effective OTC end-to-end process focused on Credit, Collections, and Cash Application. This position will be the liaison with Shared Service teams, partnering with Business Units across various departments including Customer service, Finance and Integrated Supply Chain and Operations, focused on process and metrics improvement, as well as leading integration activities of the OTC process for the Honeywell Security and Access Solution business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Liaison between OTC Shared Services provider, local business teams and 3 rd party collection agencies
• Provide that the Shared Service team is getting adequate support from local teams and functions as necessary to collect accounts (Commercial and Sales team, Project and Supply Chain teams, Finance team)

• Ensure that local teams are taking action in efforts to assist in collections (contacting customers, completing installation, resolving project disputes)

• Review uncollectible accounts, provide to and manage 3 rd party collection agency efforts.
  • Oversee customer collections and disputes and work with local business teams to resolve disputes
• Collect and Review collection data and turnback's for process improvements and then propose and work with local BU functional teams to fix business processes that are root causes of past dues

• Review, document and improve business processes, policies, and procedures
  • Communicates with other departments to assure resolution of disputes and process breaks
  • Complete customer Lien Waiver documents and requirements
  • Manages escalations promptly with professionalism to customers
  • Meet and Maintain Cash Management Goals and Metrics on a daily and monthly basis
  • Communication with Executive Leadership on improvements and areas of need to streamline operations in all functional areas
  • Provide comprehensive AR reporting to management
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Integration efforts into Honeywell OTC Shared Service teams:

• SAP Subject Matter Expert for OTC process

• Document/update OTC process flow maps from current Shared Service and local teams to ensure process maps are accurate

• List all processes to ensure no gaps on hand off between current Shared Services and Honeywell Shared Services

• Train/hand off between current Shared Services and Honeywell Shared Service teams

• Look to implement more ecommerce, credit card payment, advance or upfront payment for small orders, etc. to reduce open aging and riskier collection efforts

• Utilize more milestone billing and POC revenue received

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in roles working across credit, collections and cash application, billing, customer service or disputes management experience
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication to build and maintain the maximum customer base possible.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.
