About Commercial Our Commercial organization leads our global sales and marketing strategies around the world. Our integrated team continues to solidify BioMarin's commercial presence in the United States and Europe and is rapidly growing in other regions, such as Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Senior Clinical Coordinator Once a patient has been identified for therapy, you will provide product education and logistical assistance to patients, caregivers, HCP and site of care staff, including physicians, nurses, and office managers. The CC works in a highly visible, dedicated team environment to provide exceptional customer service on all levels. Specifically, listen to patients, interpreting their specific needs and providing friendly, professional, and well-informed answers to their non-medical, product and logistical questions. The CC will work with the patient to educate on next steps required to gain and keep access to therapy. The CC will also use BioMarin approved educational materials to educate Patients/caregivers/clinic staff on the safe and effective use of BioMarin marketed therapies. The CC will work to maintain relationships with patients and families, and by extension physicians and their staff and cross-functional partners to support ongoing compliance with therapy. The CC will work with numerous internal teams, including Market Access, Patient Services, Advocacy, and Marketing, to facilitate and improve patient access to insurance, medications, financial support, resources and more. In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 122,000 to $ 183,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. |
