Vice President, Development Flexible Location WHO WE ARE TNTP brings research, policy, and consulting together to reimagine America's public education system. We are a fully remote, national organization of over 600 full-time TNTPers with expertise from a variety of fields, united by the vision to change outcomes for all students. Working collaboratively, we dig into educators' toughest challenges, and we provide actionable solutions grounded in evidence. This work takes place in schools and districts across the country, and our national position allows us to spot trends, collect and analyze data, and advocate for policy changes that introduce greater impact at scale. We work across sectors and partner with school systems to ensure that the 3.5 million young people who graduate high school every year have pathways to economic and social mobility. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Vice President, Development plays a critical role in helping us to improve our current work, while becoming bolder and more impactful in new frontiers. The Vice President will be responsible for ensuring the organization has the infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable us to sustainably manage our fundraising and revenue growth in support of student impact while working across divisions to add value, expertise and support to the entire organization. This is a unique opportunity to push an organization to have an incredible impact nationwide in the education space. As a member of TNTP's Leadership Team, the Vice President will report to the Chief of Strategy, Growth and Finance (Lin Johnson III), and will work closely with other functional leaders in the organization, including the Vice President of Finance and General Counsel, as well as colleagues across the Executive and Leadership teams. The Vice President will provide direct management to the Partner, Fundraising and Partner and their respective teams. Specific responsibilities may include:

WHAT WE OFFER The salary range for this position is $168,267-$252,400. New hires can typically expect a starting salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint, in alignment with experience, qualifications, and our commitment to equity in compensation.
