Manager, Deal Finance Location: Boston Seaport, MA Introduction to role In recent years, AstraZeneca has been the leading dealmaker by overall volume within global large pharma. Deal Finance leads the financial aspects of Business Development and M&A projects within AstraZeneca, including valuation, financial analysis, and deal structuring. Additionally, Deal Finance provides dedicated support in the negotiation and execution of transactions. We have an exciting and rare new opportunity to work closely with a Finance Deal Director and Head of Deal Finance to help develop reasons for in/out licensing deals, research collaborations and partnerships, product acquisitions/disposals, divestments, and additional business development projects. This role would ideally suit a candidate looking for their first role outside of a practice firm or someone looking to broaden their finance business partnering skills within the Pharma Business Development / Corporate Finance space.
