Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges Public Affairs Specialist II Washington DC Hybrid after first 90 days As a Public Affairs Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the company's public affairs strategies. You will help monitor political media and public opinion and be responsible for understanding their impacts to support development of successful advocacy communications and campaigns. You will report directly to our Director of Public Affairs, and you'll work out of our Washington, DC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell's advocacy efforts and its ability to navigate the complex landscape of policies and regulations in the Energy & Sustainability sector. By assisting in the development of public affairs strategies, this role will contribute to Honeywell's advocacy efforts and ability to anticipate and respond to changes in political and regulatory environments. This position will support our Fluorine Products (FP) business through working on advocacy campaigns that support legislative, regulatory and business compliance needs. This role reports into the FP business management team and will work on various public affairs, issue management, government relations, and regulatory support efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
