Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As a Principal IT Architect specializing in Siemens Rulestream, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex engineering automation solutions. Leveraging your deep expertise in Siemens Rulestream and a decade of experience, you will play a key role in driving business transformation by integrating Rulestream into product lifecycle management (PLM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Key Responsibilities • Design scalable and high-performing Siemens Rulestream solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. • Define architecture roadmaps for integrating Rulestream with enterprise systems like Teamcenter, SAP, and other PLM/ERP tools. • Lead end-to-end implementation of Siemens Rulestream, including requirements gathering, customization, and deployment. • Ensure solution alignment with engineering and manufacturing workflows, data management practices, and compliance requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and IT, to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives and strategic initiatives. • Automate engineering design and configuration processes by leveraging Rulestream's rules-based technology. • Continuously improve existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. • Establish best practices, standards, and governance policies for Siemens Rulestream implementation and usage. • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. • Provide training and technical support to ensure adoption of Rulestream solutions. U.S Person Requirements: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S #Li-Hybrid MUST HAVES • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Rulestream, including configuration, customization, and integration. • Strong understanding of Rulestream architecture and its integration with PLM/ERP systems. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java for Rulestream customization. • Proficiency in engineering design using CAD (NX/AutoCAD) applications. • Strong understanding of CAD automation principles and practices, with experience in developing automation routines • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Oracle). • Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries, with knowledge of product configuration, design automation, and PLM workflows.
