Description
The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. We are a team, and we want to work with you. So, here's the details: This is a 4x10, 9:00am to 7:30 pm schedule. The days are undetermined, but it would be between Sunday - Friday Pay rate: $24.50 to $30.25 per hour. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues. Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand. Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders. Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls). This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 18+ years of age. 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift. Supervisory experience. Basic computer skills. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
