Job Introduction Join our regional Latin America team and drive the growth of William Grant & Sons brands in Central America, the Caribbean and Mexico! You will lead the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies, aligning with our regional plan and global vision. You must have strong experience in P&L management and extensive experience in optimizing third-party distribution networks, ensuring sustainable profit streams. In this role you will inspire and lead a team with your expertise and collaborate with marketing teams to implement brand plans and leverage market insights. You will build strong internal and external relationships, drive compliance, and ensure the company's brand portfolio is high performing across CentralAmerica, the Caribbean and Mexico's vibrant market, for now and the long term. Main Responsibility
Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is required to have 5+ years of experience in similar positions within the spirits or consumer packaged goods industry, with strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will be expected to have experience of managing distributors in the region and proven people leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.
