We are actively hiring for a Senior Total Loss Specialist! Join us and support CSAA IG in achieving our goals. Your Role: Under general direction, consistently evaluates vehicle values and repair estimates to determine the economic reparability of vehicles. Completely prepares file for total loss settlement discussion. Contacts customers, negotiates and settles total loss claims. Writes physical damage estimates from photos to determine reparability. Handles 1st and 3rd party specialty claims in their entirety. 80% or more of the day is spent handling total losses, 20% or less of the day is spent writing/reviewing repair estimates. CSAA Insurance Group is an equal opportunity employer. The national average salary range for this position is $62,460 - $69,400. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $56,250 - $83,300 This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
