The ESS Talent Manager will lead high visibility leadership development programs and projects focused on ESS Talent Management initiatives. Are you ready to help us make the future? As a Talent Manager at Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will be responsible for driving comprehensive talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and support appropriate training, development, and sponsorship programming. You will work with the Directors of Talent to drive succession planning processes to ensure a pipeline of high-potential employees internally. By leveraging your expertise in talent management, you will contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's workforce. The ideal candidate will work in the Morris Plains, NJ OR Charlotte, NC office and will be required to work on a 3/2 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by:
