The Cycle Counter I provides timely and accurate accounting of inventory while obtaining product based on need. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. The typical schedule for this position is Sunday to Thursday 1:00pm start time, this shift time is negotiable and Monday to Friday 5:00am start time. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts. Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry. Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks. Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports. Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity. Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Have strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word). Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
