Description
The Dock Setter coordinates and ensures proper placement of product on grocery docks for loading. They maintain communication with Supervisors to manage load changes. The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred. Vacation time, educational assistance program, and more! The typical schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:00am start time. Some schedule flexibility is preferred. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Obtain door numbers of outgoing loads. Ensure product from outlying areas is properly placed on each grocery dock for loading. Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
