In this role, you will:
- Lead laboratory operations with a focus on identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans.
- Support the Regional Manager with organizational goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees.
- Interact with a variety of clients, patients, employees, and business units, with a commitment to customer-focused service.
- Review business indicators, optimize processes, and maximize profitability.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Essential Key Responsibilities:
- Assists senior management and physician leadership in developing short and long range business plans to support the goals of the practice and company.
- Directs the day-to-day operations of the practice and establishes guidelines to prioritize work production, evaluate effectiveness, and improve the quality of services provided.
- Implements Aurora operational Q.A. standards and manages and measures Aurora productivity standards as provided by the Aurora Operations Advisory Committee.
- Attends Triad calls and At Risk Calls to monitor client satisfaction and unit growth expectations.
- Develops plans to achieve growth and financial profitability via same store organic growth, acquisitions, mergers, and/or divestitures.
- Identifies new markets and business opportunities, increasing market share, and obtaining a competitive position in the industry.
- Plans, prepares, controls, monitors, and forecasts budgets for the practice and allocates operating funds.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in health administration or business administration.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
Experience:
- Three years' experience in health administration.
