Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Manager, Waterproofing Initiative Northeast Region, working remotely.
Role Summary:
The Commercial Building Envelope Systems segment is looking for a bright, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to implement our strategic growth initiative for our Pre-Applied and Advanced Waterproofing product Classes as set out by our COS strategy sessions and vision 2030 plan and to deliver your financial commitments (sales and margin) as set out in our annual budgets. This position will be based out of the manager's home, with extensive travel throughout Northeast region.
- Be responsible for delivering annual business results of strategic growth plans (sales and margins) for commercial BES waterproofing (Pre-applied/Blindside and Advanced Waterproofing) in the Northeast which includes:
- Position Henry/CCW as leader in pre-applied waterproofing in the Northeast region. Growth of Henry/CCW Pre-Applied waterproofing portfolio in the Northeast region.
- Be viewed as the supplier of specialty cold fluid applied elastomeric waterproofing solutions (Advanced waterproofing) in Northeast by growing Prodeq, Pumadeq and Dundeq (Advanced Waterproofing)
- Assist BES Northeast Region team and Regional Manager in executing go to market strategy and sale team integration for Henry/CCW commercial BES in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial support by working in a cross-functional capacity (with Tech services, Arch. Reps, Account reps, and Customer service) to support the development and execution of waterproofing portfolio growth.
- Actively involved in private and group sales presentations (and demos) to inside and outside groups relating the features of CWT's pre-applied and advanced waterproofing products and systems.
- Assess reps and customer talent to deliver sales results. Provide development and training to the team to fill gaps and develop "best in class" product training. This includes both content and delivery of training to the sales team by end of 2023.
- Use the Specified Selling Process to help the sales team develop a credible pipeline to deliver budgeted sales and margin goals.
- Report progress and status of territory and keep leadership informed of status along with developing any countermeasures when needed. Gather market intel from the field on product quality, competitive products, and marketing programs.
- Identify new product opportunities in waterproofing help drive innovation and/or competitive offsets. Assist cross functionally as needed with RnD and PM within the NPD stage gate process to help commercialize identified product opportunities.
- Assist existing RM and sales members with the integration of the teams to help deliver our budgeted commitments. Help Sales and Customer service team with a smooth transition to minimize customer impact

Work/Travel Environment:
- The successful candidate will maintain a home office for administrative work and will spend significant time with the various regional Henry/CCW leaders, as well as site visits with customers.
- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- The hours for this position will vary from week to week but typically involve 40 or more hours of home office and site visit work, including occasional after-hours and weekend work.
- Travel
- Regular travel throughout the stated territory and occasional trips outside of the area for conferences, sales meetings, training, and other subjects. Travel requirement up to 40% of the time
