You will be accountable for creating and managing production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products to customers. By leveraging your organizational and thoughtful skills, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll work out of our St. Louis, MO location on site. In this role, you will impact the supply chain planning and execution process within the Industrial Automation business. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production. Your expertise in production scheduling will be instrumental in meeting customer demands and enhancing operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize operational efficiency. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources for production. • Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production scheduling to streamline processes and increase productivity. • Resolve production delays and process inefficiencies through root cause analysis and corrective actions. YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or a related field. • Strong organizational and thoughtful skills. • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software. WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. • Experience with ERP systems and their applications in production control. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in production scheduling.
