As a Real Estate Specialist here at Honeywell, you will support Honeywell's Global Real Estate (GRE) team, which is responsible for all real estate, construction, and facilities activities across Honeywell's portfolio of 700 sites and 50 million square feet. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and administration of GRE functions and vendor partnerships.

You will report directly to our VP of Global Real Estate and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing our real estate portfolio, optimizing space utilization, and driving cost savings. You will also play a key role in assisting the overall strategic direction and management of Honeywell's corporate functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Key Vendor Support: Enable key GRE vendor partners to perform their activities effectively. This includes proactively partnering with vendors, CSW administration, and managing key POs.
  • Provide support to the NC01 facilities team - coordinate key customer tours and internal meetings.
  • Administrative Support for GRE LT: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Real Estate Leadership Team (GRE LT). This includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing communications, and maintaining documents and records.
  • Coordinate real estate document signatures and notarization.
  • Reporting and Analytics support for the GRE team and the RE portfolio
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the Global Real Estate team and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell's real estate initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in a related administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
