Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As a Senior Human Resources Partner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders and employees within our Corporate (CORP) Supply Chain and Procurement functions. You will play a critical role in driving talent management initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition support. Your expertise in HR will contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's workforce, ensuring that the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our HR Director and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success and sustainability of Honeywell by strategically partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
