As Sr HSE Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of our employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability initiatives by partnering with site operations and leadership. You will join a team of site HSE staff and report directly to our HSE Manager. This is a full time, onsite role at our Plymouth, MN location. The salary range for this position is ($87,200-$109,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct HSE risk assessments and applicability analysis Identify HSE process gaps and lead process improvements Ensure HSE compliance to standards and regulations. Lead and support incident investigations to determine thorough root cause corrective actions (RCCAs) Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on HSE matters Conduct HSE training and serve as an effective coach/ role model Ensure contractor adherence to HSE standards YOU MUST HAVE 3+ years directly responsible for Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Ergonomics programs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite WE VALUE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Advanced degree or certifications in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering is a plus. ISO 14001 and/or OSHA VPP experience Ability to work effectively in a self-managed and dynamic environment.
