Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership As a Sr Director Sales Excellence here at Honeywell, you will be a strategic leader driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate our overall sales strategy. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing best practices, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency within the Aerospace Technologies (AT) organization. Are you ready to lead our sales organization to unprecedented levels of excellence and efficiency? You will report directly to our VP of Commercial Excellence and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our sales organization by driving transformative initiatives, optimizing sales operations, and implementing best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities. Your leadership and guidance will ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and you will monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
