- Assist users with technology needs across hardware, software, licensing, network connectivity, mobile device management, and other endpoint aspects throughout the equipment lifecycle.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues onsite, remotely, and via phone, leveraging ITSM ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
- Image, deploy, ship, and configure equipment for users, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Perform warranty work and troubleshoot endpoint issues for both corporate and remote users.
- Utilize inventory and endpoint management systems for hardware/software tracking, Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware management, and reporting. Maintain an up-to-date CMDB and oversee IT asset lifecycle activities, including deployment, upgrades, and disposals.
- Ensure systems remain secure and up-to-date with the latest operating systems, updates, third-party software, and configurations.
- Purchase technology equipment, software, and supplies from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with software licensing and maintaining a robust desktop environment.
- Create and update knowledgebase articles and workstation management processes while staying informed on system updates and changes. Provide flexible support as needed.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule commuting to our Deerfield, IL office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- HDI SCA or CSR, Network+, A+, CompTIA, MS Endpoint Administrator certifications, preferred.
- Basic experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT Support, PC hardware, Windows OS, Mac OS, communication, and third-party applications on Windows systems-related issues in an enterprise environment.
- Basic experience with setting up and maintaining AV/conference rooms.
- Basic experience and knowledge in the use of Office 365, Defender, Microsoft Active Directory, third-party software deployments and patching, Microsoft updates, VPN, Antivirus, Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM, and remote PC management.
- Basic understanding of Network connectivity, DHCP and DNS.
- Ability to effectively use ITSM, inventory, and computer management.

Salary range is $50K to $65K.
