OVERVIEW CSNW Benefits Group, an Alera Group Company, is looking for an experienced Retirement Plans Advisor/Producer. We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With billions of assets under advisory, Alera Group services a wide variety of retirement plans including 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit, cash balance, 403(b), 457, PEP and deferred compensation. We work with plan sponsors on plan design, employee education, investment analysis, benchmarking and fiduciary plan governance. RESPONSIBILITIES Well-qualified candidates will be comfortable with investment advisory, defined benefit, non-qualified plans and defined contribution solutions.
