The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County is seeking a Data Analyst. Under the supervision of the Chief Strategy and Performance Officer, the Data Analyst integrates and analyzes data generated by the Board, OhioMHAS, County agencies, and business partners. The Data Analyst develops key performance indicators, metrics, reports, and models to inform Board staff and stakeholders of the system-wide impact of client interventions, business processes, and resource allocations. Deadline for both applications is 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The ADAMHS Board offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package. We also offer a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work two days from home and three days in the office each week following the completion of the probationary period. The salary for this position is $67,000.00 Our offices are conveniently located in a renovated historic building in the heart of vibrant Ohio City. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. One year of experience analyzing data and communicating findings to staff and management. Experience developing and maintaining management dashboards, reports, and/or data visualizations. Ability to query and manipulate data using the SQL programming language. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience coding in an analytical language such as DAX, R, or Python. Experience utilizing data visualization software. Experience utilizing the Microsoft SQL Server Database technology stack. Experience developing and maintaining ETL processes. Familiarity with electronic medical claims billing and payment processing. Knowledge of behavioral health or human service organization operations, including state and federal data privacy regulations. |
