Job Description THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE This Senior Associate position reports to the Senior Director responsible for Single-Family / Multi-Family Capital Markets Oversight. The team is part of the broader Market and Liquidity Risk Management division within Enterprise Risk Management. This role specifically is responsible for supporting the oversight of capital markets facing transactions including trading activity, risk management, and performance, of the Single-Family and Multifamily businesses. Oversight activities include identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring the risk exposures, including interest rate and spread risk. The team also partners with the company's modeling and analytics resources to develop and monitor methodologies, models, and risk metrics to measure market risk exposures. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and technical skills and should have familiarity with financial institution balance sheet risk management.
