As a Vice President of Supply Chain here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AERO), you will lead and manage the digital solutions for end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination between different work teams. You will lead the transformation of Aerospace & Defense supply chain processes through the adoption of advanced digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, SAP/S4 and advanced analytics. This includes activities such as demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer of Aerospace Technologies and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time service delivery to customers, reduce costs, optimize inventory, and play a critical role in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. Key Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles. • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives for integrated supply chain operations. • Experience as a people leader. WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. • Excellent leadership and managerial skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices. • Aerospace & Defense industry supply chain experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
