THE POSITION As Senior Director, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, you will lead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and technologies to drive efficiency, productivity and intelligent autonomous operations. You will leverage your deep expertise in lean manufacturing, automation, digitization, and production process simulation to lead the implementation of technology to transform Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost performance across Honeywell ISC manufacturing locations. You will report directly to our VP, Manufacturing Excellence and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
