Maintains relationships and sources outside consultants, brokers, and suppliers to coordinate construction activities. Develops and tracks project budgets. Facilitates execution of Development Plans by coordinating key project schedules, budget, and resource allocation plans. Identifies issues that might impede construction of new units and expedites their resolution. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards. Organizes, maintains, and updates site files. Communicates and implements corporate policies regarding new unit construction. Key Skills: Vendor Management Budgeting Project Management Construction Management Architectural Compliance Preferred: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience. BTEC Subsidiary/Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment/ Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations.
