Job Introduction Are you a creative person with a passion for making cocktails? Monkey Shoulder, the 100% malt whisky made for mixing, is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to embody this larger-than-life brand as its Brand Ambassador for the US. In this role, you will be leveraging your previous bartending experience to create cocktails, engage with the trade, and educate consumers, media, and trade on what Monkey Shoulder is all about. Main Responsibility The Brand Ambassador will fully embody Monkey Shoulder's playful, bold personality and forge connections to our target audiences with out-of-the-box thinking, passion, credibility and influence. They will be the face of the brand, raising awareness of our award-winning whisky. Most importantly, this person will be aspirational, engaging, and memorable for bartenders, whisky enthusiasts, and consumers alike. Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, and someone who can bring people together. This candidate should embody the duality of having strong professionalism, and turning up the fun and throwing the best party. This person has experience planning events for consumers and trade alike, including On-Premise programs, and they leverage their strong network within the top tier bartending community to build advocacy for Monkey Shoulder. Through this, they showcase their organization, reliability and a pragmatic, strong work ethic. They set high standards for themselves and exceed consumer and customer expectations. This candidate is based in Miami or South Florida. Other skills and qualifications include: Essential: • Strong background in spirits, through professional experience. • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written • Creative & innovative thinking • Strong influencing & partnering abilities • Interpersonal effectiveness • Entrepreneurial and self-starter • Ability to act as a consultant within team structure Desirable: • Experience working with Spirits Distributors • Bachelor's degree preferred What we can offer you
