Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our Insulfoam Aurora team. The Sales Analyst will assist the Sales Team and the Design Center team in generating and seeking out new project leads and actively work with the sales team to build their pipelines inside of salesforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile a list of projects from online plan rooms that can be quoted and shared with the Territory Sales Managers, the Regional Sales Managers, and the Design Center Team
  • Create, manage, and follow up on substitution requests
  • Seek out projects where Insulfoam's products could be during the planning phase
  • Weekly meetings with Territory Sales Managers to review upcoming projects to be quoted, review substitutions, and then review the Salesforce Pipeline, discussing the progress for the year and evaluating expectations

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or two years college degree.
  • Minimum two years experience
  • Experience using salesforce and in non-residential construction
  • Knowledge: The understanding and ability to read architectural plans, civil plans, structural plans, landscape plans, and specifications.
  • Skills: Works well with a team and is also independently motivated
  • Abilities: Generating substitution requests
